• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

• Account ownership cannot be transferred to another individual.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies including any applicable dormancy fees will be communicated to the registered contact number before any deduction is made.

All deposits on 345wim are denominated in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Deposits made via mobile wallets typically credit to your 345wim balance within a few minutes of the transaction completing.

• You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person will not be accepted and may trigger a security review.
• 345wim does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. Any conversion that occurs on the payer's end is outside 345wim's control.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit in your account dashboard.
• Deposits made in error should be reported to support immediately. 345wim will make reasonable efforts to investigate but cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected payments.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved. This is a one-time requirement.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods in your own name — matching the name on your 345wim account.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply by account tier. VIP players benefit from higher or unlimited daily withdrawal thresholds.
• If an active bonus is uncompleted at the time of withdrawal, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Your real-money balance and any cleared winnings are not affected.
• 345wim reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing unusually large withdrawals.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per payment method.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and apply to the first qualifying deposit.
• While a bonus is active, single bet stakes are capped at PKR 2,500 per event unless your VIP tier grants a higher limit. Bets exceeding this cap may result in the bonus being voided.
• Sports bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.5 to count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed below this threshold contribute 0%.
• Bonus funds expire after the period stated on the relevant offer — typically 14 to 30 days. Expired bonuses and any winnings associated with them are forfeited automatically.
• 345wim reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term, any wagering completed before cancellation will be credited proportionally.

• Sports betting odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed price or outcome, 345wim reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection stability. If a bet fails to transmit and confirm before an event concludes, the stake is returned to the player's account.
• Casino game outcomes, Fish Game results and Bingo draws are all determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. These systems are independent of the platform's commercial interests.
• Winnings from all products are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon settlement of the event or game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345wim. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and being reported to relevant financial authorities where applicable.

• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, play games or abuse bonus systems.
• Deliberate bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering patterns designed solely to extract bonus funds without genuine play intent.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or Bingo rooms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits using stolen, cloned or fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in any 345wim game for financial gain without reporting the issue to support.
• Allowing another person to use your account — accounts are strictly personal.
• Any attempt to launder money or use 345wim to obscure the origins of funds.

• Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Real-money deposits verified as legitimately funded will be returned subject to security clearance.
• Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure takes effect within 24 hours of the request being received.
• Self-exclusion requests are treated as a permanent closure option. Once a self-exclusion is in place, 345wim will not permit re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.
